Oxford University Cricket Club is one of the most prestigious sporting clubs in the country. The First-Class facilities at the University Parks have been graced by some of the most famous cricketers of all time as it was traditionally used as a warm-up ground for touring sides. OUCC has also produced many Blues who have gone on to represent their country such as Imran Khan, Douglas Jardine, and M.J.K Smith.
We realise how lucky we are to have such superb facilities but they do not come without a cost. Furthermore, continual promotion in the inter-universities league has resulted in the Blues joining the premier league for the South of England, and transport to these away fixtures add to the club's expenses. Whilst the MCC supports the Academy, OUCC remains entirely separate and receives no direct funding and is reliant on player’s subscriptions and members contributions.
OUCC is extremely grateful for your support.
